RESTORATIVE YOGA with CAT GARFINKLE
The Yoga Barn is pleased to welcome Cat Garfinkle back for another wonderfully rejuvenating yoga class. Saturday, November 27th, from 3:30 – 5:00 will offer you the opportunity to delve into the healing practice of restorative yoga. Cat is an experienced, compassionate, and engaging teacher and her restorative classes draw people back time and again.
Restorative yoga is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioner. Props and modifications are used to create a safe and supportive posture that encourages deep relaxation.
